The FCDEA held it's third annual meeting and workshop on August 9, 2007, at the Marriott in West Palm Beach .  Seven District Employees attended the workshop and began compiling a District Employee Handbook. Proceeds from the silent auction were $658.  The FCDEA awarded two $150 stipends for two District Employees to attend the AFCD Annual Conference.  Minutes will be available soon.
